Fees:
Our Prices are very competitive in the market with no extra charge for Crawl space, basic Septic, basic Private well. and Sprinkler System if applicable.
Inspections starting at $375 for up to 1500 sqft.
Water quality testing-$75 for presence of E-Coli & Coliform.
Pool-$75
Outbuildings-based off of size and if power/plumbing is present.
Termite Inspections are offered at a low cost through a 3rd Party vendor and will be scheduled during the Home Inspection. We have used the same vendor since starting our business.
